Kiehl’s new Creamy Eye Treatment is in limited edition packaging – jars with caps that have colorful labels, decorated with artwork by socially conscious influencers Nikki Reed, Gabrielle Reece and Laird Hamilton.

In honor of Earth Day, Kiehl’s is donating 100% of the net profits from the sale of this product, up to $50,000, to Recycle Across America.

Customers at Kiehl’s stores also have the opportunity to take part in its ‘Recycle and Be Rewarded!’ program by bringing in their empty Kiehl’s bottles, tubes and jars for recycling, and getting a free product. In order to further decrease the company’s environmental footprint, Kiehl’s will no longer issue printed ‘Recycle and Be Rewarded!’ cards. Instead, customers’ recycle count will be tracked digitally.

Chris Salgardo, President, Kiehl’s USA, said, “Through our Recycle & Be Rewarded program, Kiehl’s has collected 3,000,000 empty Kiehl’s bottles from our shoppers and recycled them on their behalf. We hope to reach the 3,500,000 mark this year!”

Kiehl’s is also encouraging its customers to recycle by giving every customer a complimentary Kiehl’s tote with every purchase of $100 or more, in any Kiehl’s store and at Kiehls.com, through April 27th.

Kiehl’s regularly raises money to support different causes – the company recently completed its Mammovan Tour, and there’s a photo book to commemorate its annual LifeRide for AmfAR.
